Legal Career

Richard C. Blower has been a practicing attorney since 1979.  He practiced for two years in Columbus, Ohio, before joining the U.S. Air Force as a Judge Advocate (JAG).  He was assigned to Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV, where he completed four years of active duty service as a JAG.

After completion of his active duty military service, Rick moved to Reno, Nevada and joined the law firm of Raggio, Wooster & Lindell, where he practiced for four years.  He then formed the law partnership of Moss & Blower in 1990, before establishing his solo practice in 1994.  While maintaining his private practice, Rick continued his military service as a JAG with the Nevada Air National Guard, retiring with 31 years of service on January 1, 2013.

Rick has been providing legal services for his clients from his office located at 2235 Green Vista Drive, Suite 309, Sparks, NV 89431 since August, 1997.
